JAWATAN CUSTOMER SERVICE/RESERVATION DIPERLUKAN SEGERA, 5 KEKOSONGAN :

Requirements:
* Minimum SPM/STPM with 2 years working
experience in related field.
* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
both verbal and written.
* At least 1 year working experience in travel
industry.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold
relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries in relation to all
travel related products offered by the Company.
* Provide flight bookings, hotel and car
reservations services to customers.
* Customer complaint resolution.
* Cross selling of other travel related products.
* Provide quotation on products to customers.
